Body
What you do with the physical self. Training, food, rest, the discipline that holds everything else up.
Amillati & Co
Successful on paper. Restless underneath. That’s usually where this starts. Executive and transformation coaching for the leap you haven’t named yet, from someone who has made it.
“You’ve done what you set out to do. The title, the number, the outside markers. And still, a question you don’t quite say out loud: is this it?”
That’s not failure. In my experience it’s usually the start of the most interesting chapter, if you’re willing to look at it honestly.
Who I am
I spent more than twenty years in global banking before I left. Not in crisis, but because “successful on paper” had stopped being enough.
What came next was a real reinvention: coaching, writing, community, and a training habit I still keep. I race, and my endurance is still a work in progress. I say that on purpose.
That’s the whole difference.

The thread running under all of it
What you do with the physical self. Training, food, rest, the discipline that holds everything else up.
The part that asks why. Older than any of us, and worth deferring to rather than explaining away.
Clarity under pressure. Not optimisation, but the ability to hear your own thinking again.
How we work
1:1 coaching
Leadership, wellbeing, purpose, reinvention. Held together, not traded off against each other.
Small group
Three or four peers over eight weeks who become your mirrors. Honest reflection, not a lecture from the front.
Client story
K came to me in Hong Kong carrying a question she hadn’t said out loud. She now lives in Tokyo, runs a business of her own, and has joined a company in an industry she’d never worked in. None of that was the plan when we started.
K · Hong Kong, now Tokyo
Neither is a programme with a guaranteed outcome. Both are a way of seeing more clearly.
The work
The front door. One to one and small group, for people carrying a question they haven’t said out loud yet.
More than twenty years of commercial judgement brought to the problem rather than the personality. For teams and founders who need the other kind of help.
Essays on transition, practice, and the things worth deferring to. Published openly, written for one reader at a time.
The work that isn’t billed. Rooms, causes and people worth putting time behind.
The longer version. Where this came from, what changed, and what I’m still working on.
Who this is for
Successful by every external measure and quietly asking “what now?” You’d rather be challenged than flattered, and you’re ready to do the work rather than buy the answer.
And who it isn’t for
Held for now. The line that says who this is not for sits on the coaching page.
Let’s talk.
Just a conversation, to see whether this is right for you, and whether I’m the right person to walk beside you a while.
